I had previously been blogging under my generic online handle, but felt that without a catchy name, I’d never have a catchy blog. I decided to start a new blog, under a new name. The idea is to be a bit more focused on certain topics and to build up my “brand.”
I have found that fashion pieces get a lot of positive attention, so I will be devoting more time to them. Next to fashion posts, data-driven posts were well received. When there a billion opinion-based blogs floating around the net, posts backed by data and careful analysis become much more valuable, and so I will try to avoid opinion and instead highlight analytics.
